An authentic fortification, a charming island and a unique experience are waiting for you at Fort Lennox. One must cross the waters to uncover the secrets of this multi-faceted site located on an island in the middle of the Richelieu River. Guided tours, exhibits and special activities recount the site's history and that of officers, soldiers and their families.
IN ADDITION TO EXHIBITIONS
Guided tours (reservations are necessary for groups)
Treasures of Île aux Noix: From Monday to Friday, from July to August. In addition to a guided tour, Fort Lennox offers various interpretative activities on specific themes. From archaeology to food, to soldiers' equipment and the French presence, each week has a different theme.
Officers and Gentlemen: Available upon reservation to corporate groups, associations and others, this activity takes you into the world of the officers' mess at Fort Lennox.
Meet the Garrison: From July 2 to August 14, join the fort's occupants and take part in their daily chores. Participate in hosted activities and come meet characters of the period. This activity is offered on weekends only.
