IN ADDITION TO EXHIBITIONS

By reservation:

Creative workshops for adults
On the third Wednesday of each month, from October to June, the Musée des beaux-arts de Mont-Saint-Hilaire offers workshops on specific themes to encourage adults to make use of their creativity and talents. These lively workshops enable participants to discover different techniques, explore various media and produce works of art.

“World of art” day camp
During spring break and the summer holidays, the Musée des beaux-arts de Mont-Saint-Hilaire offers children aged 6 to 12 entertaining activities that let them enter the fascinating world of the visual arts. They discover distant lands, the great master painters and colourful universes, as well as experimenting with a wide range of techniques and media. Inspired by the day’s theme and giving their imagination free rein, they make works of art that they proudly bring back home. Participants can be registered for a half day, a whole day or for several days.

My birthday party at the museum
For a truly original birthday present, let the museum help you put on an unforgettable party for your child and his or her friends. As well as games, balloons and the traditional cake, the museum offers a mini-visit to a current exhibition led by one of the museum’s guides, as well as a creative workshop on a chosen theme – a day filled with fun and discovery!
